Scrumptious news.....

Hello bloggers... it's been a while (again) it's been very busy at Scrumptious Treats. You may have noticed the name change from Little Gem's Bakery to Scrumptious Treats, this is due to my Mum joining me. To celebrate this we have launched a new blog http://homemadescrumptioustreats.blogspot.com/ hope you all join us for regular updates and we promise an update at least once a week. Tell all yor friends to come and join us too, they'll be lots of pictures of our yummy treats.

Long time, no bloggin...

It's been a while and I've got so much to tell you all. Firstly i received my blog candy prize form Helen at Peggy crafts and what a prize it is... look at all the fab pressies. The lovely bag will definitely be coming shopping with me and the keyring is already on my keys, not to mention the wonderful scented heart which is helping to make make my sock drawer smell nice and fresh (believe me it needed help he he).

Here are some pics of my latest order, this has to be my favourite order so far. It was for a 40th birthday and the customer gave me full artistic licence (very exciting.

Another reason for my absence is all the card making i have been doing, i had a couple of days where the ideas kept flowing so i just sat and crafted before it stopped. Here are just a few of my makes, some of which i have already sold (very happy with that).

Just realised how bad the photos are, you can definately tell i took them and not my OH.

You wouldn't believe i started writing this post on Monday would you! Anyway what else did i want to tell you... o yes i went to a food and drink fair at Chatsworth Hall last Saturday, it was really good lots of lovely testers and some of the stalls looked fab.

I think I've rambled on enough for one post, as always I'd love to hear what you think of the cakes and cards.

I won...

I really can't believe it as i never win anything, i found out yesterday that I'd won a blog giveaway on http://peggycrafts.blogspot.com . I'm really excited and can't wait till the post man brings my pressie and I'll be sure to post a picture of the goodies. It's been a while.....

Well I've just wrote a whole page out of what I've been up to and managed to delete it!!!!

I'll start again... it's been a while since my last post as things have been a bit hectic. I've been to two of my Sugarcraft classes now and its brill, I've learnt how to make a rose and a lily and some little filler flowers (I'll post some pic's when i get a min).
When i last posted i think i was preparing to do my train and fish cakes which looked really good even if i do say so myself. I only managed to get a couple of pic's on my phone as i forgot to take my camera with me when i took the order but I'll post them anyway (again when i get a min).

I'm off to make a couple of cards one for my bf's mum and the other for his sister, no pressure then!!!

I'm soooooooooo excited!

I've just signed up to a Sugarcraft course, which starts on Tuesday... I can't wait. I know someone who's on the course and she has been telling me how fab it is and i just want to start now. I'll post some pictures of what i've been doing (if there not too bad) so keep an eye out...

I'm off to make some Train logo's for this weekends order so it looks like I'm going to be up to my eyes in icing.... wish me luck!!!
